Key Responsibilities

• Support daily beach operations and coordinate frontline teams.
• Monitor guest experience, safety, cleanliness and operational readiness.
• Coordinate lifeguards, attendants, contractors and support teams as required.
• Assist with staffing, schedules, supplies and operational planning.
• Handle guest issues and support timely resolution of service concerns.
• Monitor facilities and equipment and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Support management reporting and continuous improvement of beach operations.

Candidate Profile

• Experience level: Mid-Senior.
• Education: Relevant hospitality/operations qualification.
• Relevant experience in the applicable industry or functional area is advantageous.
• Strong communication, teamwork, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow company policies, safety requirements and operational procedures.
• Ability to manage priorities and maintain accurate records in a professional work environment.
