Assistant Manager - HSE (National Talent) - Dubai Holding Community Management – Dubai Holding

Dubai Holding is seeking applications for the position of Assistant Manager - HSE (National Talent) - Dubai Holding Community Management in Dubai, UAE. This opportunity forms part of Dubai Holding's diverse portfolio of real estate, entertainment, hospitality, community management, engineering, finance, human resources and corporate functions. The successful candidate will be expected to perform assigned responsibilities professionally while maintaining high standards of customer service, safety, quality, compliance and operational efficiency. The role requires effective communication and coordination with colleagues, managers, contractors, service providers, tenants, guests or other stakeholders depending on the function. Candidates should be organized, dependable and capable of working in a fast-paced professional environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Support HSE programs across community operations and facilities.
  • Conduct inspections, risk assessments, audits and compliance reviews.
  • Monitor contractor and service-provider adherence to HSE requirements.
  • Support incident investigations and corrective-action implementation.
  • Coordinate safety awareness, training and emergency-preparedness activities.
  • Maintain HSE documentation, statistics and reports.
  • Promote a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement.
Candidate Profile
  • Experience level: National Talent.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HSE, Engineering or related field.
  • Relevant experience in the applicable industry or functional area is advantageous.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, organization and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to follow company policies, safety requirements and operational procedures.
  • Ability to manage priorities and maintain accurate records in a professional work environment.
