Job Overview: First Abu Dhabi Bank is seeking a candidate for the Senior Officer, KYC & Onboarding - IB position in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role focuses on KYC reviews and onboarding for Investment Banking clients and contributes to banking services through accurate work, sound judgement and effective coordination. The successful candidate will work with relevant teams and stakeholders while following approved procedures and controls.
Role Context: This position is part of customer due diligence, KYC and onboarding. The role supports the controlled onboarding of customers or business relationships by helping ensure that required information is. The work requires careful handling of information and timely completion of agreed actions.
Key Responsibilities
- Review onboarding information and documents for completeness and consistency.
- Coordinate outstanding information requests with customers, relationship teams and relevant departments.
- Apply the applicable customer due diligence and account-opening workflow.
- Update systems and trackers with accurate case status, review outcomes and follow-up actions.
- Escalate unusual information, incomplete records or potential control concerns for further review.
Role Focus: Key priorities relate to KYC reviews and onboarding for Investment Banking clients. The employee should maintain accurate records, communicate progress and raise exceptions through the correct internal channel.
Requirements and Qualifications
