PSP Service Agent (UAE National)

Job overview: Commercial Bank of Dubai is seeking a PSP Service Agent (UAE National) to join its banking team in the United Arab Emirates. Key responsibilities

• Process customer receipts, payments and refunds through approved payment systems and accurately post transactions to customer accounts.
• Verify transaction serial numbers, supporting documents and required forms before completing each service request.
• Reconcile cash balances with system reports and credit tickets at the end of each working day.
• Record cash activity in the required registers and follow the approved handover and balancing procedures.
• Monitor customer waiting times and provide fast, accurate and courteous service at branch or service locations.
• Explain available payment channels and identify appropriate opportunities to introduce customers to relevant bank services.
