Associate Vice President – Workflow Automation

Job Overview

Lead an internal AI-product squad focused on enterprise knowledge, workflow automation and productivity tools, translating business needs into scalable products that improve efficiency and reduce operational friction.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Internal Productivity squad.
• Translate business pain points into product opportunities, user stories and measurable outcomes.
• Lead development of enterprise knowledge-management and search capabilities.
• Explore intelligent-assistance, recommendation and decision-support use cases.
• Partner with knowledge owners and business SMEs to maintain high-quality governed information.
• Drive AI enablement, adoption playbooks and onboarding across bank functions.
• Lead agile planning, backlog refinement, delivery reviews and retrospectives.
• Coach squad members and manage delivery quality, release scope and team health.
• Coordinate with Architecture, Technology, Information Security, Risk and Compliance for responsible delivery.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business or related discipline.
• 6–7 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in product management, product ownership or AI/data-product delivery.
• Hands-on experience delivering technology or AI products in Agile environments.
• Knowledge of generative AI, LLMs and RAG is preferred; knowledge-management/search experience is beneficial.
