Processor UAEN ( Pipeline )- Dubai / Sharjah / AD

The Processor – Central Operations supports transaction processing and operational controls across Emirates Islamic. The role validates and processes operational transactions, assists branches and internal business units, manages account identification and closure activities, handles cheque returns and performs reconciliations. It also supports escrow transaction processing, documentation, workflow tracking, audit readiness and operational improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate and process operational transactions according to service standards and established procedures.
• Provide operational support to branches and internal business units and resolve routine processing queries.
• Manage account identification and closure activities in line with applicable requirements.
• Process cheque-return activities and ensure timely completion of related work.
• Maintain accurate records and perform reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Support operational projects, process improvements and User Acceptance Testing.
• Maintain transaction files and archive records to support audit readiness.
• Enter transaction information accurately into core banking and escrow systems where applicable.
• Flag incomplete documentation and discrepancies for timely resolution.
• Maintain workflow trackers and prioritize assigned work to meet turnaround and SLA requirements.

Requirements

• Higher Secondary Education or equivalent.
• At least four years of banking-operations or transaction-processing experience.
• Knowledge of banking operations and operational controls.
• Familiarity with banking systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail, communication and problem-solving skills.
