Description
The Product Specialist – Home Finance supports the management and administration of the bank’s real estate and home finance portfolio. The role maintains management information, tracks valuation and insurance activity, coordinates product processes and provides operational support to relationship and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain portfolio management information and prepare regular home finance and real estate finance reports.
- Produce daily and weekly updates for management and relationship teams on portfolio and sales activity.
- Track sales incentives and support the calculation and administration of approved incentive arrangements.
- Monitor credit approval expiry dates and maintain valuation and insurance renewal trackers.
- Coordinate valuation and insurance-related payments and follow up on outstanding items.
- Support updates to product manuals, procedures, presentations and dashboards.
- Act as a coordination point for audit, business continuity and operational risk matters within the product area.
Requirements and Qualifications
The role suits a banking operations or product support professional with strong reporting and coordination skills. Familiarity with home finance, real estate finance, portfolio information, valuation processes or insurance administration is useful. Candidates should be comfortable working with detailed data and multiple internal stakeholders.
