Tesla Support Advisors are not only technically skilled but also exceptional communicators who put the customer first. As a Support Advisor, you will guide current and future Tesla customers, providing a best-in-class experience that reflects our brand values.

You’ll be part of an international, diverse team dedicated to accelerating the world’s transition to sustainable energy and mobility.

Your primary role will involve offering guidance on Tesla products and delivering outstanding support that ensures customers feel valued, informed, and excited.

What You’ll Do

  • Represent Tesla as the first-line ambassador for the brand, mission, and products
  • Support customers via phone, chat, and other channels, responding promptly and professionally
  • Evaluate & Resolve technical, roadside, and general support issues with a proactive and creative approach
  • Inform & Educate customers about Tesla products, services, and purchase or servicing options
  • Coordinate efficiently with internal stakeholders to ensure swift and effective issue resolution
  • Communicate clearly, escalating concerns when necessary and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance the customer experience
  • Administer accurate records using CRM tools and maintain data integrity
  • Continuous Improvement mindset—identify sales opportunities and suggest enhancements in support processes and tools

What You’ll Bring

  • A genuine passion for Tesla’s products, mission, and the broader EV industry
  • Up-to-date knowledge of electric vehicle trends and regional incentives
  • Digitally savvy—comfortable using omnichannel platforms (phone, chat, SMS, video, etc.)
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused attitude
  • Experience in customer service (automotive, helpdesk, roadside assistance, hospitality, etc.)
  • Fast learner with a strong willingness to grow (training provided)
  • A flexible team player, available to work shifts (including mornings, evenings, weekends)
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (other languages are a plus)
  • Must have held a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 2 years
