What to Expect

In this role, you will be responsible for guiding current and future Tesla customers and delivering an engaging, informative, and best-in-class support experience.

You will join a dynamic, international team contributing to Tesla’s mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy and mobility.

What You'll Do

• Represent Tesla as a first-line brand ambassador
• Support customers via phone, chat, SMS, and other digital platforms
• Evaluate and resolve technical, roadside, and general inquiries
• Educate customers on Tesla vehicles, energy products, and services
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient case handling
• Communicate professionally and escalate issues when needed
• Administer customer records using CRM tools with high accuracy
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality and upsell offerings

What You'll Bring

• Genuine enthusiasm for Tesla’s mission and products
• Up-to-date knowledge of EV trends and regional incentives
• Experience in customer service (automotive, tech, helpdesk, hospitality, etc.)
• Digital proficiency across communication platforms
• Fast learner with adaptability to changing tools and workflows
• Flexible team player willing to work shifts, including weekends
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Fluent in Arabic and English (additional languages are a plus)
• Valid full driver’s license for at least 2 years
