The Senior Manager – Infrastructure at Dubai Holding Community Management oversees infrastructure assets and related maintenance activities across residential communities and districts. Key Responsibilities

- Monitor inspections, maintenance records, service performance and compliance with relevant standards and local regulations.
- Review recurring failures, risks and improvement opportunities, recommending practical and cost-aware actions.
- Provide accurate reports and updates to leadership while ensuring a responsive approach to community needs.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in infrastructure construction and maintenance management, including roads, utilities or sewage systems.
- Experience managing contractors or third-party providers in community or property management.
- Strong analytical, project-management and problem-solving capability, with knowledge of local requirements.
- Good communication, leadership and stakeholder engagement skills; CRM and property-management systems are useful.
