The Engineer – Infrastructure supports technical infrastructure services for managed communities. The role helps assess site conditions, coordinate repairs and improvement works, monitor service contractors and ensure roads, utilities and related assets remain functional and compliant. It works with technical colleagues and community stakeholders to maintain reliable infrastructure and resolve issues efficiently.
Dubai Holding Community Management seeks a dependable professional who can work collaboratively, exercise good judgement and help improve results over time. Solutions should be useful, secure and measurable, with appropriate human oversight and a clear understanding of data limitations.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect infrastructure assets and help identify maintenance, repair and improvement requirements.
- Coordinate service providers, contractors and internal teams to complete assigned works.
- Review method statements, technical documents and work records as appropriate to the assignment.
- Track issues, follow up corrective actions and maintain accurate infrastructure records.
- Monitor quality, safety and compliance during site works and escalate risks or delays.
- Support planning, reporting and communication with community-management teams and relevant stakeholders.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Engineering education or practical experience relevant to civil, mechanical, electrical or infrastructure systems.
- Knowledge of infrastructure maintenance, roads, utilities, drainage or sewage systems is valuable.
- Ability to read technical information and coordinate contractors and service providers.
- Strong problem-solving, organisation, communication and reporting skills.
- Understanding of local standards and safe working practices.
