Performance Data Analyst – SEHA – BusinessIntelligence

We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for collecting and monitoring key performance data, then analyzing it to track our progress toward strategic goals. You'll create clear, actionable performance reports and intuitive dashboards to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You'll also help optimize our processes by identifying inefficiencies and recommending data-driven solutions, and you'll benchmark our performance against industry standards. A key part of your job will be to collaborate with various departments and external partners to gather feedback and develop data-informed strategies. To be successful, you'll need:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6-7 years of development experience with Informatica, including at least three end-to-end implementations.
• Proficiency in SQL/PL SQL and Unix Scripting.
• Familiarity with Oracle eBusiness or Cerner Millennium Data Models is a plus.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred, especially with a large healthcare facility.
