Description

We're looking for a professional to significantly enhance SEHA's data analytics and visualization capabilities. You'll achieve this by developing and managing a monthly balanced scorecard and establishing a robust in-house Business Intelligence (BI) function. This role is crucial in reducing data silos and eliminating "orphan analytics" across the organization by creating a platform for reliable, high-quality data leverage and re-use, delivering both routine and bespoke reports/dashboards/scorecards to leadership. Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Collection & Management: Gather quantitative and qualitative data from various sources, ensuring integrity and accuracy in all performance reports and databases.
  • Data Analysis: Interpret data sets using visualization tools, focusing on trends and patterns to improve business entity performance. You'll also support ad-hoc reporting for stakeholders.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Create clear and effective reports and visualizations of data analyses and KPI results. You'll also support the automation of manual performance reporting.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with diverse departments (e.g., Finance, IT, Medical) to collect data, report KPI results, and translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Tool & Technique Development: Develop and implement systems and strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and quality in data collection and analytics.
  • KPI Repository Upkeep: Assist in defining new KPIs, modifying existing ones, setting baselines and targets, and maintaining the KPI profile database.
  • KPI Result Reviews: Coordinate and conduct KPI result reviews with business owners, documenting meetings, tracking action items, and reporting on progress.
  • Performance Meetings Support: Assist the performance manager with data collection, compilation, formatting, meeting attendance, and minute-taking for all performance-related meetings.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Strategy, Health Management, or a related field; or a Diploma with 3 years of additional relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel, including creating formulas, formatting, filters, conditional formatting, functions, pivot tables, building dashboards, and creating charts.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint for creating presentations and writing commentary.
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience with dashboard or other data analysis tools (e.g., Qlik, Power BI).
Required Experience:
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to coordinate and communicate effectively across various teams and departments.
  • Proven multitasking abilities.
Desired Experience:
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.
