Demand Forecast Analyst

Almarai is seeking a capable Demand Forecast Analyst professional for its operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time opportunity is suited to a candidate who can combine technical or functional expertise with disciplined execution, teamwork and a strong focus on quality and business performance. The position supports day-to-day operations while contributing to service reliability, compliance and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will work with relevant departments and stakeholders to maintain high standards, solve operational challenges and deliver agreed objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare demand forecasts using historical sales, trends, seasonality, commercial plans and external market factors.
• Maintain clean and accurate IBP data, reconcile SKUs and ensure product and geographic hierarchies remain current.
• Update rolling forecasts by SKU, depot and planning period and incorporate local and regional events.
• Work with sales, marketing, supply chain and planning stakeholders to improve forecast accuracy.
• Use forecasting tools and analytical techniques to identify changes in demand and support planning decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• experience with IBP or SAP forecasting tools.
• 3–5 years in planning, forecasting or purchasing, preferably chilled FMCG.
• Arabic and English communication..
