Business Insights Analyst – Emiratization Graduate Programme

This graduate opportunity develops analytical talent through rotations across network and fleet planning, schedule optimisation, operations research, market and customer research, and strategic projects. Participants use data to help teams understand performance, evaluate alternatives and make evidence-based business decisions before moving towards a specialist area.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse operational and commercial datasets to identify patterns, risks, opportunities and performance drivers.
• Support network, fleet and schedule-planning studies through research, modelling and scenario comparisons.
• Translate customer, market and airline-industry research into concise findings for stakeholders.
• Prepare dashboards, reports and presentations that explain complex analysis in a practical way.
• Work with cross-functional teams and apply analytical methods to live business questions.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or honours degree in data science, AI, statistics, mathematics, economics, engineering, air transport, business analytics, computer science or a related discipline.
• Recent graduate or no more than two years of post-graduation experience.
• Strong analytical, written communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel overseas when required by the programme.

Skills

• Structured problem solving and sound quantitative reasoning.
• Clear communication of findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Teamwork, curiosity, business awareness and willingness to learn.
• Excel, Power BI, SQL or Python knowledge is beneficial.
