Job Overview

Command assigned Airbus A320 flights in accordance with the airline’s operations manual, approved flight plans and applicable civil aviation regulations. The captain is ultimately responsible for the safety, security and efficient conduct of each flight, while supporting the flight and cabin crew and managing unexpected events. The position calls for sound judgement, disciplined preparation and a consistent focus on passenger comfort after safety requirements are met.

The role operates in a highly regulated environment where preparation, fitness for duty, clear communication and adherence to approved procedures are essential. Applicants should ensure their licences, ratings and recency meet the applicable requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate assigned flights according to approved schedules, flight plans, procedures and operational limitations.
• Maintain command responsibility for aircraft safety, security, crew coordination and compliance.
• Review weather, fuel, aircraft technical status, route information and operational considerations before departure.
• Brief and guide crew members and ensure duties and responsibilities are clearly understood.
• Make timely decisions during abnormal or emergency situations and coordinate the required response.
• Complete flight documentation and report operational or safety concerns through the approved channels.
