Stores Controller – Sri Lanka Recruitment Event

Job Overview

Manage day-to-day receipt, storage and issue of tools, equipment and spare parts used for company and third-party aircraft maintenance. The controller helps ensure materials are correctly identified, stored under appropriate conditions and available to authorised teams when needed. Key Responsibilities

• Receive and check deliveries against purchase or transfer documentation and report discrepancies.
• Store aircraft parts and tools in designated locations, preserving identification, condition and traceability.
• Issue materials to authorised staff and record transactions accurately in stores systems.
• Monitor stock levels, shelf life, calibration status and quarantine requirements.
• Keep stores areas organised and follow requirements for packing, labelling, handling and shipment.
• Coordinate with procurement, maintenance and inspection teams to resolve shortages or documentation issues.

Requirements

• Applicants should have experience in stores, inventory control, warehouse operations or technical materials.
• The role requires accurate transactions, disciplined stock handling and adherence to established procedures.
• Candidates should understand the importance of traceability and the serviceability status of aircraft components.

Qualifications

• Relevant stores, logistics or technical training is appropriate.
