Store Assistant (Automotive Spare Parts)

United Al Saqer Heavy Equipment is seeking a Store Assistant to support its spare-parts department in Abu Dhabi. The role involves receiving, checking, organizing, storing and issuing spare parts and related items while maintaining accurate stock records. The successful candidate will help ensure the right quantities are available, handled carefully and delivered to internal teams or customers when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort and store spare parts in the correct locations so items can be identified and retrieved efficiently.
• Load and unload parts and tyres carefully, using safe handling practices and suitable equipment.
• Check incoming deliveries against purchase orders, delivery notes and agreed quantities.
• Package and label items accurately and follow store procedures for receiving and issuing stock.
• Carry out regular stock checks, identify shortages and support replenishment based on usage or par levels.
• Maintain an orderly warehouse and keep records, invoices and inventory documentation organized.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Previous store or warehouse experience is preferred, particularly in spare parts or equipment inventory.
• Good communication skills when coordinating with colleagues and responding to enquiries.
• Strong organization and attention to detail when checking part numbers, quantities and paperwork.
• Basic knowledge of heavy equipment or vehicle components is an advantage.
• Ability to handle routine physical tasks and use inventory systems or basic computer tools.
