Main Purpose of the Role

Serve as the primary liaison between customers and service technicians, ensuring a seamless and personalized service experience. The Service Advisor plays a key role in delivering premium aftersales support, enhancing customer loyalty, and driving the success of luxury automotive services.

Key Objectives

  • Deliver high-level service consulting tailored to each customer's needs
  • Promote and sell aftersales products and services
  • Foster customer loyalty and uphold satisfaction throughout the service process

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers professionally and accurately capture service requests
  • Schedule appointments and manage service workflow efficiently
  • Consult with technicians to identify repair needs and cost-effective alternatives
  • Provide expert advice on available parts, services, and enhancements
  • Communicate service details, estimated costs, and timelines clearly to customers
  • Process payments, verify insurance coverage, and handle customer documentation
  • Coordinate with parts department to ensure timely availability of required components
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers to support repeat business
  • Conduct vehicle inspections and test drives as necessary

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or an automotive-related field
Experience
  • Professional experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership
  • Preferred: Experience with luxury automotive brands such as McLaren, Ferrari, Maserati, Lamborghini, Bugatti
Skills & Competencies
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to interpret technical information and communicate effectively with both technicians and clients
  • Proficiency with dealership or industry-specific software systems
  • Valid UAE Driving License
