Senior Trainer – CASS Training

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Trainer to join our CASS Training team in Dubai.

Scope: Senior Trainer-CASS Training is responsible for managing daily tasks, delivering training programs, evaluating learner progress, and maintaining documentation while ensuring compliance with SIRA curriculum standards in Dubai. This role focuses on equipping learners with knowledge, skills, and competencies necessary for the security industry and preparing them for certification. The Trainer also prioritizes continuous professional development for attendees.

Financial

• Ensure cost-effective management of training materials and resources.
• Retain comprehensive documentation of all training activities to facilitate financial analysis.
• Provide weekly training reports to the Operations Manager for process improvement and KPI-related financial assessments.

Customer

• Liaison with administration staff to facilitate course completion and daily operations.
• Enforce regulatory authority policies and safety standards during training sessions.
• Gather and act on feedback from guards to continuously improve training programs and cater to learner needs.

Process

• Develop and deliver curriculum subject knowledge expertise in training programs.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, track attendance, and ensure active participation in mock tests.
• Maintain cleanliness and coordination of QHSE requirements for training rooms and centers.

Innovation

• Adapt best practices based on feedback and continuous improvement strategies.
• Develop and deliver new and effective teaching methods as part of the training program.
• Ensure preparation and delivery of specialized courses with superior training quality.

Selection Criteria

• At least 3-5 years of experience within the security industry or related field.
• Relevant certifications or specialized training in the security industry.
• High ethical standards and adherence to professional conduct.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and safety standards in the security.
• Proven experience in planning, coordinating, and conducting training sessions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Ability to understand and respond to trainee needs and learning styles.
• High ethical standards and adherence to professional conduct.
