JOB PURPOSE
Ensure the effective implementation of approved procedures for control and security
Key Results Accountabilities
- Check the security guards from various security aspects and others in the region in charge of monitoring according to the approved procedures.
- Receive and examine complaints submitted to the section regarding administrative irregularities.
- Participate in training and guidance of central operations and corporate security controllers to perform the tasks entrusted to them effectively and efficiently and respond to their queries and observations when needed.
- Follow-up the officers to ensure the implementation of tasks and procedures in accordance with the followed laws and regulations and inform the direct officials of any problems or obstacles that may occur to take appropriate action.
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Immediate transfer to sites where a crime or accident occurs within RTA facilities and carry out various acts of crime scene management and custody until the arrival of security authorities.
- Supervise and follow up the implementation of security activities at the level of authority to ensure the achievement of RTA Security objectives during the events and threats of emergency.
- Follow up the implementation and activation of various plans to respond to security events depending on the nature of event and the performance of the concerned.
- Supervise the preservation, retrieval and circulation of various contents of Central Operations, and corporate security from records, data, documents and assets of tools, equipment and mechanisms to achieve objectivesof Corporate Security & Control, and ensure the availability and readiness to implement security measures and procedures efficiently and ensure the availability of records of equipment delivery and receipt.
- Contribute to the development and preparation of schedules of visits and field security surveys for field teams.
- Contribute to follow-up of corporate risk management in the department and security threats at the level of authority / section through the identification, assessment and analysis of corporate risk at RTA level.
- Follow-up the officers to supervise the control procedures assigned to RTA various agencies and relevant units to identify the security deficiencies and detect cases of breach of the performance of security duties efficiently, and follow-up security measures taken in RTA various buildings and facilities effectively and efficiently.

- Bachelor / Higher Diploma in Business Administration with 0-2 years of experience from a recognized University, Or Diploma with minimum 2 years of experience, Or High School with minimum 5 years of experience
