Security Training Instructor

The Job:

• Oversee the Security Training Program including the development and implementation of a Security Awareness Program.
• Train all security personnel on policies, SOPs, systems, procedures, equipment,and devices.
• Develop training materials, videos, and documentation that aligns with Client requirements.
• Identify gaps in procedures and suggest remedies to Client Management.
• Work with internal teams such as IT and Ops, and develop documentation for key control and card management with Security Managers.
• Drive training goals and deliverables across operations to ensure alignment with program objectives.
• Plan, prepare, and facilitate training for security officers, supervisors, site-based management teams, and Headquarters-based teams, considering cultural learning styles and time zones.
• Develop, edit, and facilitate training materials and presentations according to the Core Training Plan and Physical Security objectives.
• Maintain a documentation review cycle to ensure content accuracy and alignment with processes and procedures.
• Serve as the training team representative on projects with operations personnel and other Subject Matter Experts.
• Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews and audits to ensure compliance with the required Statement of Work.
• Complete site visits and in-person training regionally and globally if required.
• Perform tasks and duties of a similar nature as required, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Selection Criteria:

• Minimum of Higher Secondary Education from a reputable educational institution.
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Trainer specializing in providing security personnel training.
• Proven experience and ability to design and deliver training modules.
• Strong English communication skills, verbal and written
• Ability to supervise and motivate a team
• Excellent interpersonal skills. a
• A valid UAE Driving license is a must.
