Description

We are looking for a driven Recruiter with experience in professional services and legal hiring to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role will focus on attracting and securing top talent across law firms and in-house legal teams, supporting strategic growth across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and design tailored hiring strategies.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for legal and professional services roles, from sourcing through to offer stage.
  • Proactively source candidates through direct headhunting, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and industry networks.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate expertise, motivation, and cultural fit.
  • Deliver a seamless candidate experience with timely communication and clear feedback.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and market maps for specialist legal and advisory roles.
  • Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and hiring trends to business leaders.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–7 years’ recruitment experience, with a strong focus on legal or professional services hiring.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and influence decisions.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing niche talent in competitive markets.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
