Description
The Performance & Data Analyst is responsible for enhancing SEHA’s data analytics and visualization capabilities through the development and management of a balanced scorecard and a full in-house Business Intelligence function. This role focuses on producing data-driven insights, creating efficient reporting systems, and supporting performance improvement efforts by reducing data silos and enabling strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Collection & Management
- Collect and validate quantitative and qualitative data from internal systems, reports, and databases.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across all data used for performance reporting.
2. Data Analysis
- Utilize data visualization tools to analyze trends, patterns, and performance indicators.
- Support ad hoc data and reporting requests from stakeholders and leadership teams.
3. Reporting & Visualization
- Design and generate dashboards, scorecards, and reports to communicate insights effectively.
- Assist in automating manual reports with the BI team.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Engage with departments such as Finance, IT, Medical, and Commercial to gather timely data inputs.
- Translate analytics into actionable business recommendations.
5. Tool & Technique Development

Build and maintain databases and reporting frameworks to improve efficiency and data quality.
6. KPI Repository & Result Reviews
- Maintain a central repository for KPIs, including definitions, baselines, and targets.
- Coordinate KPI review meetings, document insights, and track action plans.
7. Meeting Support

Assist the Performance Manager in data preparation, note-taking, and follow-ups for all performance-related meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Strategy, Health Management, or related field
(OR Diploma + 3 years of additional experience) - Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, dashboards, charts)
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint (presentation building and commentary writing)
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik)
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
