This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our gift card ecosystem through strategy, partnerships, operations, marketing, and analytics – driving revenue growth and customer engagement across the region.

What You’ll Do

🔹 Own and deliver revenue & profit targets for the Shukran Gift Cards business.

🔹 Develop and scale partnerships with distributors, aggregators, retailers, and corporate clients.

🔹 Negotiate and manage high-value contracts, ensuring ROI and growth.

🔹 Partner with marketing to create impactful campaigns across digital and in-store.

🔹 Manage the lifecycle of gift cards – from product launches to redemption & reporting.

🔹 Monitor performance metrics (sales, redemption, profitability) and optimize strategy.

🔹 Stay ahead of competitors by leveraging insights and industry trends.

What We’re Looking For

✔️ 5+ years’ experience in partnerships, business development, payments, retail, or loyalty programs.

✔️ Proven success in scaling gift card, prepaid, or loyalty products.

✔️ Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and financial acumen.

✔️ Data-driven mindset with a track record of achieving ambitious revenue targets.

✔️ Experience in digital payments, e-commerce, or loyalty ecosystems is a plus.

✔️ Excellent communication and presentation skills; Arabic is a plus.

✔️ Based in Dubai, UAE with willingness to travel across GCC.
