We are currently recruiting for a Manager to join our Workforce Solutions team in our HQ, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Free Zone.


Scope:


Manager – Workforce Solutions leads a team focused on optimizing HR processes for outsourced employees. This role bridges the gap between strategic HR goals and daily operations by implementing efficient systems, ensuring compliance, and mitigating risks. The focus is on streamlining workflows and maximizing efficiency for a smooth employee and client experience.


Responsibilities:


Financial

  • Manage Petty Cash/Credit card Management/ Hire Right/Insurance PR Management
  • Bring continuous improvement in processes like visa, medical insurance to minimize re-work, errors, and additional cost.


Customer

  • Contribute to the overall customer satisfaction of customer and employees by ensuring efficient and compliant HR processes for outsourced employees.
  • Ensuring smooth onboarding, accurate payroll, and proper benefits administration minimizes disruptions for outsourced employees, allowing them to focus on their work and contribute to the client's satisfaction.
  • While not directly serving external clients, Transactional HR managers act as internal service providers for the outsourced employees.


Process

  • Oversee the complete operations under employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Ensure that all processes are in place to meet UAE labor law requirements.
  • Regularly review and update SOP’s, recommend improvements for efficient working.
  • Support with Employment Verifications and confirmations with Financial Institutions/Background Verification companies
  • Engage with client, HR and Account Manager as and when needed for disciplinaries, transitions etc.
  • Manage Employee Grievances/Concerns/Dispute Management
  • Manage and create strong processes that enable business to operate smoothly.


Innovation

  • Utilizing data analytics tools to analyze HR data.
  • Encouraging the team to develop skills in using new technologies.
  • Encouraging a culture of continuous improvement within the team, simplify the process and methods used to manage data and day to day operations.
  • Participate in Continuous improvement initiatives to bring efficiency and savings.



Selection Criteria:


  • Minimum 6-7 years of experience in a similar role
  • Should have extensive knowledge about UAE Labor Laws/ Onboarding & Offboarding processes
