Manager/Revenue Assurance

Combatting revenue leakage and ensure complete risk coverage to the assigned revenue stream throughout the Business Support Systems; Network, CRM, fulfilment and charging & Billing systems.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Increase the maturity of the Revenue Assurance across all revenue streams
• Ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and optimization of the current deployed controls
• Increase the automation in the Revenue Assurance section
• Ensure meeting the target KPI, financial score cards and closure of the GAP analysis
• Ensure real time identifications of all incidents
• Manage and supervise staff assigned controls to ensure timely handling
• Report Timely to management and maintain SOP
• Deploy the Revenue Assurance dashboard across all revenue streams.
• Conduct Process analysis & Risk assessment for the revenue streams to identify the risk areas
• Develop system controls to mitigate the identified risks
• Maintain a positive relationship between RAFM and their other stake holders
• Maintain ISO process updates & align with the RA Corporate process & abide with the OLA/SLA/TAT committed
• Responsible for handling the impact analysis, identifying the risks of the edge technology, transformation projects and upgrades to keep RA systems up to date
• Responsible for product assurance, configuration and rate plan validations and deployment of necessary controls related to the newly launched products
• Responsible for ensuring Post implementation analysis for the new products to ensure no revenue exposure
• Responsible for handling audit inquiries and maintain proper documentation history
• Assist in managing improvement opportunities in incident handlings, use cases for revenue maximization or resource optimization via AI, ML.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree in technology/computer science
• 7 - 10 years in-depth related experience
