Description

This role oversees the comprehensive financial and operational performance of all Mashreq assets and properties. The Head of Property & Facilities Management ensures efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality management of the bank's real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial & Operational Oversight: Oversee the financial and operational performance of all Mashreq assets and properties, ensuring all Property & Facility Management operations run efficiently and within budget.
  • Vendor Performance Management: Manage the performance of all appointed service providers, ensuring they meet and ideally exceed required quality standards and best practices.
  • Quality Service Delivery: Provide the organization with high-quality services related to asset and property management, including fire, life, and safety protocols.
  • Policy & Procedure Development: Establish comprehensive facility management services and develop major Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all bank premises and properties, focusing on cost minimization and enhancing internal and external customer satisfaction.
  • Asset Protection & Strategy: Safeguard Mashreqbank’s real estate investments and franchise through professional, effective, and prudent management of building operations, expense control, and a robust premises strategy.
