Manager – Facilities Management

Job Overview:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Manager - Facilities Management at Dubai Parks and Resorts. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of MEP systems (pumps, HVAC, filtration, electrical, plumbing).
• Ensure water quality controls meeting regulatory standards.
• Ensure Park Cleaning, waste management, pest control, and landscaping is delivered to the highest standard
• Manage energy systems and ensure sustainability practices are followed (e.g., water reuse, energy-saving systems).
• Preparing and submitting all relevant reports and documentation clearly and on time overseeing all FM operations
• Management and coordination of all colleagues and tasks given
• Managing and leading changes to ensure minimum disruption to core activities
• Overseeing and coordinating green waste disposal and recycling
• Implement and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Maintain accurate logs of inspections, breakdowns, and repairs via CMMS/CAFM systems.
• Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for servicing of critical infrastructure.
• Ensures all work is completed in adherence to safety policies and guidelines.
• Maintain a high level of good housekeeping and care of assets in the field, vehicles, machinery and worksites

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in facilities management, with at least 4 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Project supervision - previous experience of delivering projects on budget/time
• Working knowledge of procurement and negotiation and supervision of external contracts
• Good knowledge of Regulatory requirements
• Excellent attention to detail while working in a fun and fast paced environment
