Lifting Supervisor (Contracting background required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all lifting operations across project sites in compliance with UAE safety regulations and company procedures.
• Ensure lifting plans are prepared, reviewed, and implemented effectively.
• Conduct toolbox talks and risk assessments before operations begin.
• Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and site engineers to ensure safe execution.
• Monitor lifting equipment condition and report any safety concerns or maintenance needs.
• Maintain proper records of lifting operations and incident reports if any.

✅ Qualifications:

• Valid Lifting Supervisor Certificate (CITB/Third-Party approved).
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in heavy lifting and crane operations.
• Strong knowledge of lifting gear, cranes, slings, shackles, and safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret lifting plans and load charts.
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality & other UAE regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
