Description
FAB Digital – the team behind payit, the UAE’s fastest-growing digital wallet – is on the lookout for a visionary and results-driven Digital Marketing Lead. This is a high-impact role responsible for building and scaling FAB Digital’s marketing capability from the ground up, driving user acquisition, engagement, retention, and brand equity across digital channels.
This is more than a marketing role — you’ll be a strategic growth driver, working cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, and analytics teams. Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Execution- Own the end-to-end digital marketing strategy for payit, including acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Design and implement scalable campaigns across paid and organic channels (Search, Social, Display, Programmatic, Email).
- Devise and execute growth experiments (A/B testing, multivariate testing) to improve conversion rates and optimize user journeys.
- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness across all digital touchpoints.
- Lead paid media efforts across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and programmatic platforms.
- Own ASO (App Store Optimization) and SEO strategies to improve discoverability and drive quality traffic.
- Work with analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Looker, Tableau) to gather actionable insights.
- Continuously monitor and improve customer acquisition costs (CAC), LTV, retention, churn, and funnel performance.
- Shape and elevate the payit brand presence through storytelling, content strategy, and cross-channel consistency.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand alignment and compelling user experiences.
- Manage content across owned platforms, including website, blog, email, and in-app channels.
- Partner with product, design, and tech to launch go-to-market strategies for new features and campaigns.
- Work closely with customer support, compliance, and CRM teams to ensure seamless marketing operations.
- Lead agency relationships and third-party vendor performance.
Qualifications & Skills
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing roles.
- Proven track record of owning full-funnel digital marketing for a digital-first or fintech product.
- Deep expertise in paid media, SEO/ASO, marketing automation, and funnel optimization.
- Highly analytical; fluent in tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, Mixpanel, etc.
- Strong understanding of acquisition and retention economics, attribution models, and growth loops.
- Creative and strategic thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional environments with fast product iteration cycles.
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial; able to thrive in ambiguous or fast-evolving environments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field.
