What You’ll Actually Do

🎯 Key Responsibilities

1. Support daily HSE operations by monitoring safety practices in the terminal and ensuring all activities comply with DP World’s HSE standards.
2. Assist in implementing DP World’s HSE Pillars and maintaining compliance with ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health & Safety) and ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management).
3. Participate in safety and environmental inspections across operational areas to identify risks and recommend improvements.
4. Assist in maintaining and testing HSE and emergency response equipment, ensuring readiness for any incident or emergency.
5. Support the coordination of safety drills and emergency preparedness exercises in collaboration with Civil Defense and local authorities.
6. Contribute to accident and incident investigations by gathering data, assisting in root cause analysis, and following up on corrective actions.
7. Maintain inspection and audit records, ensuring findings are documented and communicated for action tracking.
8. Participate in awareness and training sessions, such as toolbox talks and safety inductions, to promote a proactive safety culture.
9. Learn to prepare reports and presentations for management on safety performance, incidents, and improvements.
10. Champion DP World’s sustainability and safety values, ensuring environmental protection and zero-harm goals are embedded in daily operations.

🧩 Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or any Biology, Chemistry related discipline.
• Experience or coursework in safety, risk management, sustainability, or emergency response is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work outdoors and on shift duties.
