Description

The Clinic Operations Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership to healthcare facility clinics, driving performance, service quality, and business growth. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, facilitating stakeholder engagement, overseeing compliance with regulatory standards, and contributing to SEHA’s broader initiatives.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership
  • Set and achieve quarterly and annual operational goals
  • Analyze outcomes and recommend performance improvement strategies
  • Standardize management practices in line with SEHA policy
  • Ensure timely execution of clinic services to high-quality standards
  • Benchmark competitor practices for continuous innovation
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
  • Foster collaboration with SEHA clinics, hospitals, and medical users
  • Develop strong relationships with consultants, patients, and insurers
  • Oversee local marketing efforts, monitor industry trends, and respond to market challenges
  • Maintain clinic reputation as a trusted healthcare provider and community asset
Business Development & Compliance
  • Participate in strategic business growth aligned with SEHA vision
  • Ensure clinic documentation meets regulatory and internal standards
  • Coordinate with departments to troubleshoot operational challenges
Team Development & Supervision
  • Guide staff across departments including general services
  • Conduct job evaluations, organize training sessions, and implement development plans
  • Enable two-way communication between operational and support teams
  • Monitor staff performance and facilitate process improvements
Reporting & Communication
  • Meet SEHA and HAAD reporting standards
  • Prepare reports and recommendations for senior leadership
  • Align operations with SEHA’s Code of Conduct and professional standards

📋 Qualifications

Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, Healthcare Management, Clinical Sciences, or related field
  • OR diploma in a relevant field with 3+ years of additional experience
Desired
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Business Management, Healthcare Management, or Clinical discipline
