Description

We are seeking a highly dependable and composed Executive Assistant to support our EVP of Organisation & Culture Transformation. This pivotal role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-energy, fast-evolving environments and brings precision, professionalism, and discretion to everything they do.

As the operational anchor to a senior executive driving key cultural and organizational change, you’ll be trusted with managing complex scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring seamless execution of priorities. A strong understanding of transformation, culture, or human capital work is a plus—especially if you possess strong emotional intelligence, tone sensitivity, and a solution-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Administrative Support
  • Provide comprehensive executive assistance to the EVP, allowing them to focus on strategic leadership and transformation initiatives.
  • Manage calendar, meeting logistics, documentation, and travel with efficiency and confidentiality.
  • Draft correspondence and prepare briefing materials, reports, and presentations with minimal supervision.
Stakeholder Coordination & Meeting Management
  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing communications.
  • Organize and support high-level meetings and engagements, including agenda planning, minutes, and action tracking.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external delegates to ensure flawless execution of meetings, visits, and events.
Operational Excellence
  • Maintain highly organized systems for document management, reporting, and workflow optimization.
  • Review and improve office administrative processes to align with corporate best practices.
  • Monitor tasks and follow-ups to ensure priorities are actioned in a timely and efficient manner.
Reputation & Brand Support
  • Assist the EVP in public relations and event coordination, ensuring brand alignment and strategic messaging.
  • Lead or support the organization of internal and external events tied to cultural and leadership initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
Required Experience:
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar executive assistant role, preferably supporting C-suite or senior leadership.
  • Prior exposure to transformation, culture, human capital, or organizational change initiatives is advantageous.
Core Competencies:
  • High degree of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management, with ability to prioritize under pressure
  • Adept with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and digital collaboration tools
  • Confident, poised, and solutions-focused, even in complex or high-stakes environments
