Direct Functional Responsibilities:
Direct Functional Responsibilities:
- Cost Monitoring & Reporting: Track actual costs vs. budget across all packages, prepare monthly cost reports, and flag deviations with root-cause analysis.
- Change Management: Evaluate and validate contractor claims, variations, and change orders, ensuring alignment with contract terms and budget impact.
- Forecasting & Cash Flow: Maintain rolling forecasts and cash flow projections based on committed and anticipated expenditures.
- Final Account Closure: Lead the reconciliation and closure of final accounts, ensuring all contractual obligations are met and documented.
- System & Data Integrity: Maintain cost data accuracy in ERP or cost management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Candy, or bespoke platforms).
- Supports in field measurement, verification, and quantity documentation.
- Prepares preliminary reports for review by the Quantity Audit Lead.
