About the role:

The E-Commerce Integration and Support Specialist is responsible to provide expert-level support and integration for MPGS and CyberSource gateways, ensuring seamless payment operations and compliance. Deliver technical training, incident resolution, and merchant support with clear communication across diverse audiences.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage integration and support for MPGS and CyberSource payment gateways.
  • Provide L1 and L2 production support for payment systems and merchant operations.
  • Troubleshoot authorization and transaction issues across card schemes and platforms.
  • Handle incident management and ensure timely resolution for merchant-reported issues.
  • Use tools like JIRA, POSTMAN, Kibana, and BMC Remedy for diagnostics and tracking.
  • Conduct gateway testing, certification, and training for internal teams and merchants.
  • Track and implement compliance mandates across payment channels.
  • Collaborate with merchants to support onboarding and technical troubleshooting.
  • Deliver clear, engaging training sessions and technical presentations.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders via phone and email.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree with any specialization
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections or a related field within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Exposure on tools like JIRA, POSTMAN, Kibana, and BMC Remedy

What You Should Have:

  1. Excellent communications skills to deliver training sessions to colleagues & merchants.
  2. Ability to understand and troubleshoot issues over the call.
  3. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts in a clear and articulate fashion to both technical and non-technical audiences with good presentation skills.
  4. Ability to work independently with customers via phone, email with minimal supervision.
