Director – Business Management – Strategy Execution

Role Summary

🔑 Key Responsibilities

A. Business Growth & Strategic Execution

• Partner with International Coverage and Product Heads to build a strong customer base and support client activities (e.g., planning, marketing, analytics).
• Align with Product Heads across international and head office locations to provide the full FAB product suite.
• Lead development of international strategy and initiatives with business and functional leaders.
• Prepare strategic updates for Group EXCO and other key stakeholders.
• Support the Head of Business Management International in drafting communications, reports, and presentations.

B. Business Management Support

• Drive international rollouts of head office-led initiatives, including engagement programs and client surveys.
• Contribute to budget planning and monitor financial performance, offering data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Oversee budgets for strategic projects and ensure effective management across international teams.
• Lead key business streams and coordinate leadership agenda and follow-ups.
• Organize and manage leadership team retreats, including planning and content development.

C. Cross-Departmental Collaboration

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across international departments and enablement functions.
• Serve as liaison for strategy, change management, project execution, and performance alignment.
• Facilitate effective implementation of FAB’s matrix structure across international locations.

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in a similar role with international exposure
• Proven success in matrix-driven organizations
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and executive-level business planning
• In-depth understanding of banking industry and FAB’s product offerings
