As a Data Governance & Enablement Manager, you will ensure that customer and campaign data across CRM, CDP, Loyalty, and digital touchpoints is accurate, consistent, and accessible. You’ll lead data governance frameworks, streamline data processes, and enable analytics and business teams to unlock the full potential of data-driven insights.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement data governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Partner with tech, analytics, and business teams to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
• Manage data cataloging, metadata, and quality control processes.
• Streamline data pipelines for analytics enablement and decision-making.
• Act as the bridge between business, product, and engineering to drive governed data practices.
• Monitor data quality KPIs and establish repeatable onboarding for new data sources.

🧠 What We’re Looking For

• 4–8 years of experience in Data Governance, Data Enablement, or Analytics Operations.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, lineage, and metadata management tools (e.g., Collibra, Alation, Atlan).
• Hands-on experience with SQL, data lakes, and data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.).
• Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) – Bloomreach, Segment, Tealium, or Salesforce CDP preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Background in retail or e-commerce is a strong plus.
