Chief Auditor – Corporate Monitoring – UAE Nationals Only

Job Description

KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES

# Preparing audit reports and control reports after reviewing documents and papers in coordination with the concerned parties

# Preparing and reviewing fraud and corruption audit programs and ensuring full coverage of fraud and corruption-related aspects

# Holding meetings with audited entities to discuss audit results and what is required in the interest of the business

# Ensuring that fraud and corruption audit tasks are completed based on the approved audit program

# Reviewing the analysis and examination conducted by the audit team to determine the extent to which the activities under audit are consistent with the procedures, policies, standards and applicable legal requirements

# Contributing to identifying and assessing risk areas in the organization (related to fraud and corruption) and providing inputs to develop the annual audit plan

# Preparing audit reports and control reports after reviewing documents and papers in coordination with the concerned parties

# Ensuring the implementation of approved corrective actions based on the outputs of the audit operations

# Supervising audit staff in identifying, developing and documenting audit issues and recommendations

# Holding discussions with the audited entity and updating the final report in consultation with the direct supervisor and reissuing the report as required

# Perform other duties and responsibilities related to the job and as assigned

# Review draft audit reports (full or partial) submitted by the audit team to ensure application of professional standards

• Strictly Adhere to RTA Information Security policies, procedures, and processes.
• Strictly follow the Information Security data sharing guidelines for all internal and external data transfers.
• Immediately report any Information Security incidents to your line manager and IT support for prompt guidance and resolution.
• Actively participate in all assigned Information Security training and awareness sessions to enhance your knowledge and address potential Information Security risks.
• Always comply with instructions and guidance provided by your line manager in line to the Information Security requirements.
  
  

Qualifications

Education

# Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration from an accredited university

Bachelor's: +8 years of experience in the field Master's: +6 years of experience in the field

Skills

# Excellent listener with the ability to communicate and convey information effectively, whether verbally or in writing

• Good knowledge of statistical methods and their applications
• A team member who is able to adapt to a work environment that requires the ability to effectively prioritize
• High degree of analytical thinking, and proven talent in identifying, examining, improving and simplifying multiple work procedures
• An effective team member, intelligent, and able to enhance trust in his relationships with clients and team members
