Here's your chance to step into the role of Guest Relations Supervisor at Motiongate. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct SeaTrek underwater experiences with a 4:1 guest to guide ratio.
• Deliver pre-dive safety briefings and instructions to guests.
• Review guest waivers and medical questionnaires for eligibility.
• Ensure proper fitting and functioning of SeaTrek helmets and gear.
• Guide participants safely through the underwater trail.
• Monitor guest well-being during the dive and respond to emergencies.
• Sanitize and maintain equipment as per hygiene standards.
• Maintain records of participant logs and incident reports.
• Any other duties may be reasonably requested by the Management Team

About you:

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

• High School Certificate or Diploma in a related stream
• 4–5 years in aquatic or underwater guided experience roles.
• Strong underwater navigation and guest supervision
• Equipment knowledge and basic troubleshooting
• Emergency response and rescue techniques
• Clear and engaging guest communication skills
