Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support multiple retail outlets across the park.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of all retail points through effective team leadership.
• Drive sales performance and ensure alignment with business targets.
• Oversee visual merchandising, stock levels, and replenishment processes.
• Support recruitment, training, and performance management of retail staff.
• Implement loss prevention strategies and maintain health and safety standards.
• Coordinate with marketing, finance, and procurement for campaigns, pricing, and stock management.
• Analyze sales trends and recommend strategies for improvement.
• Any other duties may be reasonably requested by the Management Team

About you

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Retail Management, Business, or relevant field.
• 5–6 years in retail operations, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
• Advanced knowledge of retail systems and POS software
• Strong analytical and sales reporting skills
• Team development and training execution
• Visual merchandising and loss prevention expertise.
