About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager to join the team Inside Burj Al Arab. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
- Oversee daily tour operations across key areas, including the Welcome Foyer, 25th Floor Royal Suite, and Experience Suite, while providing support to other departments such as the Retail Boutique, UMA Bar & Lounge, Ticketing Lounge, and Buggy Transportation.
- Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly staff rosters to ensure seamless operational coverage.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Generate and distribute daily operational reports (morning and evening flash reports) for review by the leadership team.
- Supervise and motivate team members, conducting regular briefings and ensuring clear communication of operational goals and updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role with managerial responsibilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and operational reporting.
- Previous guest service experience in luxury hospitality.
