Analyst – Investment Planning 

The strategy group maps out where we’re going, what that means, and what it looks like. Our Research team analyses the industry so that we’re never playing catch-up. Design translates strategies into award winning products and experiences.  In Program Management, it’s more about the delivery of our strategies into realized benefits. And our Corporate Planning team creates strategy so that we’re agile enough to respond in a fast-evolving industry.

 What you'll deliver
• You will support the development and management of investment business cases that translate Dubai Airports’ Strategy and Masterplans into viable projects, contributing to the long-term capital portfolio and ensuring alignment with the organisation’s growth agenda.

•You will support the development of robust investment proposals, collaborating across key business units, including Strategy & Development, Service & Operations, Technology & Infrastructure, Commercial, Human Resources, and Corporate Affairs, to capture accurate requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment. This will include facilitating workshops and structured engagement sessions.

•You will develop high-quality, professional PowerPoint presentations tailored for senior audiences, including the Executive Leadership Team and Strategic Boards. This includes crafting compelling narratives, visualizing complex data and insights, and synthesizing key messages to enable effective decision-making.

•You will be supporting the development of Benefit Management Plans that clearly link expected outcomes to strategic objectives and support evidence-based investment decisions. You’ll also monitor market and industry trends to inform and refine investment planning.

What you bring
• You’ll be educated to a degree Level in a relevant field. Financial professional qualifications and Project management qualifications are desirable. 
• You’ll have an overall of 3 years of relevant experience 

• You’ll have knowledge in portfolio or project management, financial analysis such as IRR, ROI etc.

• You’ll have knowledge of working with stakeholders
