Corporate Finance Manager

Canune is seeking a commercially sharp and analytically driven Corporate Finance Manager to join its high-performing team in Dubai. This senior-level opportunity is ideally suited to professionals with a proven track record in corporate finance, real estate valuations, transaction advisory, or investment banking — and a mandatory background in the real estate sector. You will take a lead role in evaluating investment opportunities, conducting comprehensive financial due diligence, preparing detailed valuation reports, and advising clients on acquisition, disposal, and strategic transaction decisions. Your toolkit will span DCF modelling, Comparable Market Analysis, feasibility studies, and full investment appraisal frameworks. You will regularly interface with clients and senior stakeholders, producing high-quality financial presentations and commercial insights that directly influence major business decisions. Candidates who hold a relevant professional qualification — such as CFA, CA, ACCA, or MRICS — and who bring UAE or GCC market experience will be strongly preferred. With an estimated package of AED 18,000–28,000 per month, this role offers both financial reward and significant career advancement for the right individual.
