🏦 About the Business Area

The Corporate & Investment Banking Group (CIBG) offers corporate banking services including investment and transaction banking, as well as financial market solutions. With a strong digital infrastructure, it serves clients across the MENA region — from government entities and financial institutions to corporates and SMEs — while maintaining global banking relationships.

🔹 Role: Junior Dealer (UAE Nationals Only)

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research: Conduct FX market data research to support trading strategies and report on trends for team awareness.
• Forex Requests/Quotations: Search, confirm, and provide FX quotations for clients and business units within agreed TATs to secure optimal rates.
• Policies & Compliance: Adhere to all organizational policies, processes, and SOPs to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Self-Management: Align with ADCB’s people management practices to maximize individual contribution.
• Customer Service: Apply ADCB Service Standards to ensure high-quality interactions with internal and external stakeholders.

✅ Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in banking sales or related financial institutions
• High School Diploma (minimum qualification)
• Broad knowledge of Treasury products and front-end systems
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills (written & verbal English)
