Role Overview

As part of the Corporate Risk Administration Division (CRAD), your main role is to prepare and verify accurate facility and security documentation for corporate clients, aligned with internal approvals and regulations. You will also support audits, manage reporting, and assist with process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and verify facility/security documentation for Conventional & Islamic facilities
  • Ensure compliance with approvals, policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Liaise with Legal for bespoke documentation
  • Respond to business unit queries and support audits
  • Participate in project UATs and process improvement initiatives
  • Recommend and help automate manual reports and tracking tools
  • Ensure tasks are completed within SLA and with 100% accuracy

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years’ experience in banking or finance, preferably corporate banking
  • Strong knowledge of UAE banking laws and documentation practices
  • Familiar with corporate banking products, MIS, and internal systems
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
