What You’ll Do
As an Account Manager at noon Food, you’ll play a crucial role in managing and growing relationships with our restaurant partners, ensuring their ongoing success on the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of small to medium-sized restaurant partners.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners.
- Own and optimize:
- Catalog accuracy
- Operational efficiency
- Growth initiatives
- Day-to-day partner support
- Conduct regular performance reviews with partners to identify areas of opportunity.
- Pitch and onboard partners into noon Food campaigns, driving top-line growth.
- Share monthly performance reports and actively manage the success of your portfolio.
- Act as a brand ambassador for noon Food in the market.
What You’ll Need
- 2–3 years of account/client management experience—preferably in a high-growth tech or F&B company.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to hit targets, manage deadlines, and handle pressure.
- Strong analytical skills; confident in Excel and CRM tools.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is essential.
