Account Manager-Facilities Management

Transguard Group is recruiting an Account Manager – Facilities Management in Dubai to oversee service delivery across structured Hard and Soft FM contracts. The position combines operational leadership, client management, resource planning, service quality, compliance, mobilization, and continuous improvement. The role also supports tender activity and encourages technology, energy-efficiency, sustainability, and process improvements that strengthen client outcomes and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Hard and Soft FM operations in line with regulations, client standards, contracts, and internal policies.
• Optimize manpower, equipment, materials, and other resources across sites.
• Develop and monitor SLAs and KPIs and address service deviations promptly.
• Review preventive and corrective maintenance programs and conduct audits and site checks.
• Ensure effective CAFM use for work orders, reporting, and data integrity.
• Lead mobilization and demobilization activities within approved budgets and timelines.
• Build client relationships through meetings, site visits, performance reviews, and improvement planning.
• Coordinate with commercial, procurement, HR, finance, and legal teams.
• Support tenders and renewals and introduce IoT, smart cleaning, BMS, automation, and sustainable FM solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, Science, or a related TFM discipline.
• 8–10 years or more in structured FM contract management and service delivery, including around 5 years managing multiple contracts.
• Strong knowledge of FM standards, processes, client management, and commercial operations.
