Description
We are currently partnered with an international brand who are looking to hire an Admin/Office Assistant to be based in their Dubai office. This will be a client facing/front office role and will be based in the office 5 days a week. **Please only apply if you are a UAE National with a family book.Responsibilities: Open and close files, maintain accurate records, archive documents, and manage filing systems Provide administrative support including scanning, printing, and working with the Finance Team on cash management forms Manage documents and upload files to data sites Support and action tasks from the Office email inbox Research and coordinate travel arrangements including flights, trains, and accommodation Act as a front-of-house point of contact, welcome clients and visitors, issue access passes, manage couriers, and book meeting rooms Conduct regular checks to ensure meeting rooms are prepared and presentable Update client contact information in the database and provide general ad hoc support across teams Requirements: Atleast 2 years of previous office-based experience in an admin/receptionist or similar position Strong client service mindset with a professional and courteous approach Clear and confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills Takes initiative and ownership to deliver high-quality work Organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Confident using Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Teams, and general digital systems
