Description

We are seeking a strategic and driven Marketing Manager to lead branding, promotional, and communications efforts for our healthcare facility. This role is key to achieving revenue targets through impactful marketing plans, stakeholder engagement, and brand positioning. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and healthcare industry awareness.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop and implement annual marketing strategies and budgets
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives across departments and audience segments
  • Create promotional campaigns to drive patient engagement during peak and off-peak periods
  • Ensure alignment with academic, clinical, and operational objectives

Brand Management & Communication

  • Lead brand positioning efforts to enhance market visibility and reputation
  • Develop strategic messaging and maintain consistent brand voice across media
  • Cultivate relationships with local media outlets and coordinate press coverage
  • Oversee production of promotional materials, gifts, and digital content (webpages, brochures, ads)

Market Intelligence & Research

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive benchmarks
  • Analyze products, pricing, and promotional strategies in the healthcare space
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership on marketing effectiveness

Stakeholder Engagement & Events

  • Organize and manage internal and external events, conferences, and roadshows
  • Engage corporate sponsors, government entities, and community organizations
  • Implement community outreach and engagement programs locally and internationally

Departmental Leadership & Administration

  • Lead and supervise marketing staff, manage performance, and ensure training programs are delivered
  • Monitor service delivery efficiency and optimize workflows
  • Ensure compliance with budget and regulatory guidelines
  • Represent marketing in committees and provide guidance on branding policies

📋 Qualifications

Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or related field
  • 6–8 years of progressive experience in a marketing leadership role
  • Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity
Preferred
  • Experience in a large healthcare facility
  • Special certifications in healthcare marketing or brand strategy
